"Excellent, really pleasant staff, I would stay again and will go back. I thoroughly enjoyed interacting with them, especially the afternoon/evening staff who saved my hat. ;) The hotel has a charm, with solid service for a business trip. Basic breakfast is available along with a full bar for the evening. Clean rooms and bathrooms. The location is in an alley in the old town center, with a short walk to shops, restaurants, and the Lorenzkirche train station and a short walk to the castle."

"The hotel is in a great area to go hiking and to explore a little mountain region in Germany. The hotel was comfortable it had a homey feel to it the room was a bit small but hey it is Germany. Definitely a great mountain escape."

"GREAT AMAZING HOTEL. A bit pricey but for the comfort and location for spa it's GREAT! Breakfast buffet is the best one I have ever been to. They have everything you would want for breakfast. It also has the BEST times until 1100 weekdays and noon weekends. AMAZING. I highly recommend. The spa was NOT the best. To get drinks you either go to the restaurant or a small bar in spa area. "A very nice hotel located only a few minutes walk from the center of town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and definitely worth buying or adding on as an option when you book. Parking was easy and spacious. The hotel was very clean (apart from the shower head that had a lot of mineral build up which I cleaned off myself to improve the water pressure in the shower). Located right across the road from a school but we didn't experience any noise problems at all. It's centrally located in a safe area and withing easy walking distance to the main town square. Would we stay here again? Most definitely yes! A very nice hotel providing every amenity we needed."
