"We liked the location. We were given the wrong password for wifi, there was 1 1/2 bathrooms not 2 like advertised, floor tiles were loose in upstairs hallway, soap dispenser was falling off wall, we ran out of toilet paper and dish soap, missing one remote for tv, dishes were dirty in the cabinet. We contacted the service manager for remote, toilet paper and soap but got ni response. He did give us the correct wifi. "

"Our stay at the "Resort Vacation Rental at Pointe Tapatio Cliffs" was one of the best rental resort that I had rented. Five stars is not enough for the service and the quality of our stay. "Property is very centralized to so many attractions. Everything we had planned to do was within 20 minutes. The rooftop patio/cabanas/ and pool were very nice with an even more amazing view. The room was also very nice and had a home feel to it. We appreciate the amenities for families traveling with children like the stroller, high chair, and playpen. "My family loved everything about the property from the rooftop pool to the beautiful condo to the surrounding areas. We absolutely enjoyed our time here. I highly recommend it. My only complaint & worry for other travelers (of ethnicity or with tattoos) is that my husband was sterotyped and a report was made of a "suspicious person" for simply walking through the parking garage. He was not doing anything wrong. Other than that we loved it ! "
