"The staff were fantastic and so friendly! It was a very busy weekend with the flower bloom. I had higher expectations for the Pendry on cleaning and attention to details as my room felt slightly dirty and the hallways always had something gross on the floors, but nonetheless I really enjoyed my stay. Bar Pendry was a memorable evening, and the fitness facility was top notch. Moonraker is great for a view but service is slow so just be prepared for longer wait times. A great few days for my visit...

"Great location for Capitol Hill and Smithsonian complex. Nice neighborhood and walkable to a few restaurants. The $30/day fee you find out after you reserve is for breakfast, fitness center and bicycles. Too bad if you don’t intend to use the latter. I could’ve had a much better breakfast for $30 elsewhere. Otherwise quiet, comfortable bed. Some maintenance issues with the room were attended to quickly. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. "

"My stay was made more enjoyable by the warmth, friendliness and hospitality of their employees. Starting with Dana, the Front Desk clerk who got me registered for a room, ahead of the usual check-in time. Also, Allen and Angel from the Front Desk also provided service by securing a taxi for my return to the airport. I wish I got the name of the "breakfast lady" who made good recommendations from the breakfast menu, and another male front desk clerk, who assisted me when the door lock...
