While some of the staff did try to make the stay pleasant, others not so much. And this is not to generalize. There were things that were out of their control like construction being done at the property next door. Aside from that, you can feel the disdain given to clients, I can understand that the staff possibly have to deal with nasty people more often than not but as for me and my family we try to always approach everyone with a pleasant demeanor. Since our arrival, Daniel at reception was over it, I’m unsure how his experience was with the previous guest but he was flat and annoyed and not too willing to be helpful. That set the tone for the remainder of our stay. Our children got sick the second day we were there, I politely asked everyone I could if we could possibly get bottled waters to which the replied they no longer do bottled waters (they give out bottled water during room cleaning), I finally found a cleaning lady who took pity on my young child and gave two bottled waters to get me by. The next day I rushed to the gifted shop to buy bottled waters ($3 a bottle lol). Anyway, I was told even by some of the employees that they themselves don’t drink the “purified” water from the hotel. The children’s club was run down, the children’s club attendants we not very attentive aside from the “lifeguard” who stood up top of one of the slide, who also rushed to grab a clipboard every time anyone entered the children’s areas to sign them in. 3/10 ran out of space to write
