"I paid to stay the week of Christmas and after the first night the owner that was not in town insisted that I pay a pet fee and when I didn't move fast enough she insisted that I leave and she kept my money didn't you give me a refund said I stole some towels and some pillows so very inconvenient because I spent the holiday sleeping in my car"
