"Unfortunately, I did not get to stay at Pure Voyage Shaw because my reservation was apparently cancelled and I was NOT EVEN NOTIFIED by the property. Pure Voyage Shaw indicated they would send check-in instructions 72 hours before my stay. Two days before, 48 hours, I emailed them directly to inquire about the info and received no response. The day before, 24 hours, I called them directly multiple times only to be sent to a voicemail that was FULL and would not accept any messages (RED FLAGS). ...
