The apartment was very spacious and clean. It had everything needed plus a washer and dryer. The apartment was close to everything. About a 7 min walk to the Duomo and a 20 min walk from the train station. My only complaint was that the bed was a bit hard so I couldn’t sleep on it but they had a very comfy sofa which worked great! Overall I would stay here again. Very lovely apt with a great team. Sofia was very helpful and sweet.

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment right in centre of Florence. Very convenient to walk to all the dining, tourist areas and attractions. Kairos by Florence Art Apartments is an exceptional property and the host has thought of everything and is in an ideal location! The apartments are beautiful, well maintained, and has every need. Great location, easy walking distance to main sites in Florence. Close parking (if you're driving) and easy to get to especially if you plan to drive around. The apartment was extremely quiet despite being in a busy area. The staff was great and easy to get in touch with. The location is near the major sites and everything needed for your stay is close. The washer and dryer work well. I would definitely stay here again.

Pros: Very modern and good location. Host was very helpful and kind. Washer and dryer for clothes was very useful. Cons: A little noisy, since in the heart of Florence, which is expected. We had a one bedroom apartment, if you are more than 2 people, you'll have to use the sofa bed, which is not very comfortable, and makes the apartment very small/constricted. General info: no room cleaning/room service, since not a hotel.

Wow, just wow. This place was simply amazing. Silvia the manager was so accommodating and nice to work with. The rooms were this amazing blend of old construction and new art. Super clean, and surprisingly very large rooms. We had a ton of space to spread out. Also the best gelato in Italy is across the street. Thanks
