"Every employee was friendly and professional. The lobby, hallway(s), and room was clean. Good lighting and accessible parking lot. We arrived late and were still able to find a spot. The woman managing breakfast was PHENOMENAL. On top of all the needs of everyone in the dining room and kept all the foods (both hot and cold) refilled. Outstanding job by all the staff, and the facility was nice. "

 The property and the beautiful lodge itself were so nice. Scott and all the crew were so friendly and accommodating. Suite, the dog was my wife’s favorite! We were only there for one night during our week-long family road trip from Philadelphia to Tennessee along the Blue Ridge Parkway and the Smokies, but we truly wish we had stayed longer. No doubt, we'll be planning a return trip for a longer stay! Bonus tip: Make sure you check out the water fall pond and all of the patio areas by the pool! So beautiful. - The Kirby’s "

"I loved that it’s close to BILTMORE, shopping, restaurants & I-40 exit. Also the super comfy bed & variety of pillows, the surprising makeup light surrounding the bathroom mirror, soft backlit shower (instead of harsh florescent lights). Also the indoor pool, free hot breakfast, in room coffee, fridge & micro. I’ll stay here again!"
