After noticing unexpected charges on my bill at checkout, I contacted the front desk, and Angel Palacios, the Front Desk Supervisor, promptly resolved the issue. Not only was the error corrected and refunded, but the hotel also waived the daily guest amenity fees as a goodwill gesture. This exceptional service turned a potential issue into a positive experience. Kudos also to the Blue Mermaid restaurant staff, who kindly provided dining utensils when I forgot to bring my own. Their helpfulness and attention to detail truly enhanced my stay. For improvements, I’d suggest offering complimentary refreshments in the lobby or waiting area and adding bidets to the bathrooms—small touches that would elevate the guest experience. Overall, the Argonaut Hotel left a lasting impression with its cleanliness, pet-friendly charm, and top-notch hospitality. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting San Francisco—it’s a true gem in the city!"
