"Really nice hotel. Walk into town was quick. Hotel was perfect for a nights stay. We did one night in order to go to Milford Sound the following day, which was a lovely trip. The only thing I would say is that Te Anau is very quiet and in hindsight we might have stayed in Queenstown and taken the (very long!) bus trip to Milford Sound from Queenstown and by passed staying in Te Anau. Parking at the hotel was free and plentiful. View from room was stunning. Staff were nice. Room basic, but fine....

Room was spacious and equipped with decent heating. The property itself is a little tired looking and could use some sheer curtains across the main windows to allow some light in while maintaining a level of privacy."
