"Lovely location on the boardwalk with all the best side street bars/restaurants nearby. The rooms/hallways in ocean view rooms could use some TLC. The carpeting is old in rooms/hall. While the room & bathroom were clean, carpet/doors & bathroom fixtures could use some updating. However, it's not enough to keep me away as I've stayed there several times. Can't beat the location. "

"This place was amazing. This was our first time visiting Rehoboth, and the Avenue Inn and Spa was truly enjoyable and relaxing with a good, classy vibe. It's in a great location and the lobby, staff, and amenities are top notch. We really enjoyed some of the little extras they included, such as the wine and cheese hour, cookies and milk, and a wonderful breakfast. Located right in the heart of Rehoboth, this inn is literally steps away from the beach and some really great shops and restaurants....

"We were able to bring our dog which was a bonus. The room as wll as hotel very clen. Coffee maker in room was a plus. Very nice Continental Breakfast. I would recommend to family and friends coming to Rohoboth DE"

"I visited the area from NC, I read a lot of reviews on many places, that is how I pick where I stay when I travel, I came across this place first of all for the price (very reasonable), I then went to the reviews and was kind of sceptical at first but decided to give it a chance. I am so glad I did, the hotel was very easy to find, I made reservations online through Expedia and check in was a breeze, no hidden or extra fees, the gentleman at the desk was very welcoming, I was even able to check...
