"This is a beautiful historic resort with kind of an Ozzy and Harriet flair I was given a terrific room ground-floor could park in front full kitchen and bath queen bed and queen sleeper I was in big bear looking for investment projects and I was paddle by natasha and Chris they were just terrific totally responsive to every question I had I can’t say enough nice things about the staff In fact I had a 13 day rental. And I had to go home five days early to deal with some chaos of my vrbo rentals in San Diego and Natasha was very gracious in getting me a refund and doing it properly and promptly"

"Stayed for my birthday weekend, and I’m very happy I found and booked this lodge. I reserved a lakefront room, and it was lovely. Although next time I think I’ll request a room on the second level. Check in was a breeze and the young man that helped us was nice. The rest of the staff we encountered through out our stay was very nice and helpful. I definitely plan on coming back in the future! "
