"Close to the main railway station. DO NOT get a front facing room as you will be kept awake most of the night from the train horns! Also had a bite to eat - when I went to pay, reception DID NOT HAVE CHANGE for 500 rupees!!! Young man (on night/evening shift) on reception was very helpful and friendly, speaking pretty good English."

"My overall experience at Ginger hotel was great. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The service I received was unmatched. The restaurant attached to the hotel was also a great addition. The only downside would be the area outside/ in front of the hotel which was a bit dirty however, it seemed as if work was being completed. I'd still highly recommend this hotel."

"Excellent location for business traveller. Local bus and 3 wheeler transport 3min walking distance from hotel to Colva and Benaulim beaches for relaxation. "

"Room was neat and color combination was pleasant. They hired a good team for uniqueness of the room. Staff was good, smiley and very helpful. If you want to stay in a very calm and to relax ....this will be a good place. I was skeleptical before booking but it is worth. Food was also good. I hope they have a food menu in the room. "

"This really was a Soul Sanctuary. The property itself is amazing. It’s a nature’s paradise with lush greenery and pops of color. The beach area is spotless and inviting on a blistering day. The villas were immaculately maintained and very comfortable. The staff at the St Regis were absolutely amazing. They were attentive, polite and fun to converse with. The food was delicious and fresh. The activities and spa was also great. I highly recommend the St Regis if you are planning a trip to Goa."

"This was an absolutely terrible experience and had to check into a different hotel. Manager and staff not receptive or helpful. All I'm all this was the worst hotel that I have ever attempted to stay at "

"Lovely stay here, however a few issues regarding taxis. Thankfully we rang when arriving at Mumbai airport or else we wouldn’t have had a taxi when arriving at Goa airport which we had booked. Always able to get a sun lounger around the pool/beach area. Rooms were slightly noisy with guests shouting up the stairs to other guests at 2am two nights in a row and also random calls to our room phone. Good choice of day trips, however you need to use THEIR drivers which sit outside of the hotel...

"It was aamazing stay. The staff were hospitable right from the word go. The moment we reached we were welcomed by Alisa and her colleague and they went through a well run check in service. Food was excellent and on our day one we were welcomed by Aftab introduced us to Tempora , a traditional Goan cuisine restaurant in the village square. Aftab was excellent throughout our stay and Karan & Mahabe ensured that we were well looked after. There were different culinary options available including the Royal Afgan grill and the Kebab section. Soma in the spa was equally skinned and welcoming when it came to Ayurvedic massage. We would strongly recommend staying at ITC grand Goa. "

"Lovely place, great service, only not so good thing I have to say is it was quite expensive to eat and drink there and the taxi service they use is a rip-off. In example I got a taxi from the hotel to Gopa airport in North Goa about 1 hour and 15 minutes, I paid 3000 INR in a local taxi, but the hotel taxi was 6000 INR. Nevertheless a lovely hotel with impeccable service."
