"A lovely hotel in a lovely quiet spot over looking Frensham Pond. Room huge, with a very comfortable bed and a great shower. Bar area a little subdued and lacked some atmosphere, it could have done with some back ground music. Staff were nice enough but sadly lacked enthusiasm and interaction with their customers. "This sad accommodation could hardly be called a hotel. Whilst friendly, the two on-site members of staff could only speak limited English. There was no management present over the weekend. The double room was uncomfortably small with virtually no storage facilities. The bathroom had been 'shoe-horned' in and again had no shelves for toiletries etc. Breakfast was very DIY, with a kettle, toaster, and Tupperware boxes of cereal in the Bar come restaurant breakfast area. "Good stay just to relax. Perfect when only a few people using the spa facilities but once it gets busy, it can get difficult to find a place to relax or use the facilities. "
