「Vince was awesome....always responded no matter how many notes I said (i'm a stickler for details). Perfect location right across from Swedish Cherry Hill and a nice walking area. Building was quiet and very clean when we arrived. I would recommend this to anyone who wants an escape to Seattle !!!」

「The building was very secure, requiring keypad entry at the door as well as elevator and a different code for the room. The studio was very clean, and the building itself was quiet. We were facing the expressway, and we could hear a low hum of traffic that did not bother us at all. There was a sound machine as well as earplugs for those who are light sleepers. 「This place was awesome for my fiancée and I! We were a 5ish min walk to Trader Joe’s, less than 10 min walk to the sealink train, multiple buses and rapid transit! The place was very clean and we appreciated the little details! In the bathroom there is soap, shampoo and conditioner (they smell AMAZING)! 「The tiny little wall heater struggled to keep the place warm. It was freezing most of the time until I finally figured out how to change the program on the thermostat. Also, there was no shampoo, conditioner, lotion, Kleenex, or laundry soap. I figured it out, but would have been nice to have those items. The bed was quite soft. I slept well, but feel like a longer stay might not have been good. There were no extra blankets or pillows. I loved that it was in walking distance to the grocery store...

「The location was ideal for us. We love Capital Hill. There were issues in the flat: unreliable shower water pressure, no porch light, minimal silverware, light out in hallway above apartment door, a couple blinds were a little broken. There was also trash in front of building along sidewalk. 」

「We were unaware we were in a basement, although didn’t look like it, we still would’ve wanted to know. Surroundings outside were unsafe due to the homeless sleeping at the park. The community center across the street also attracted a bunch of rowdy people. 」

「The AC hose was broken which made it almost impossible to keep the second floor apartment cool. The floors and counter were clean, but the walls in the bedroom need a scrub. Overall not great but I will say the bed was incredibly comfortable. 」
