Starting with their outstanding concierge, Kenya, who helped me coordinate the delivery of my packages, to Jazz who went above and beyond to help me get them where they needed to go, to the bellman who sent complimentary bath salts to my room. WOW! It's been a long time since I've encountered such deep commitment to customer service and engagement! Did I mention the gorgeous rooms?
