「Great hotel. Building is 1919 and renovated approx a year ago. Rooms are small studios (bath and shower separate from the sink which is in the studio) Hotel has a renovated factory warehouse feel--although this building was a social club. Exposed brick, hardwood floors etc. Really nice stay. Tons of free parking and cool restaurants all within walking.」

「Nice historic part of town with cobblestone streets. 20 minute walk to downtown and University campus. Plenty of parking. Being located in a hilly area of town, expect a little uphill traveling if walking. Nice house, pleasant hosts.」

「Could not have been happier with the service we received when checking in. I had questions about adding an extra night and the worker gave me very clear information about how to do that and changes that may need to be made. Everywhere we went, gym, pool, dining area, and room were all very clean.」
