"Beautiful iconic hotel - we had a friendly and helpful shuttle driver and had a great check in experience, a nice clean room, comfortable beds, and good experience in the restaurant. My only complaint was trying to book the shuttle for the ride back to the airport the front desk lady was miserable and unhelpful. "

"We are visiting Louisville to attend a Louisville Women’s Basketball game at the Yum Center. It’s super convenient to stay at the Galt House. The garage is self parking adjacent to the hotel. If you stay in the East Tower, the pedestrian bridge is on the 3rd floor to the venue. Then, several dining options are onsite. We felt safe with the crowds, who were elderly, walking to and from the venue back to the room at night too. "
