「We had a 3 night stay, along with other family members staying 2 nights. The hotel is very conveniently located, close to the sea front and amenities in Paignton. Our room was so comfortable and homely, absolutely spotlessly clean. The welcome from the hosts was so friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble throughout our stay and the communication was good from booking to leaving. 「We stayed for one night only and the reception was friendly. We bought a plug-in air freshener as the room smelt funky. The single bed was uncomfortable. Very noisy at night due to karaoke - but this was the summer in Paignton so I guess it’s normal. Hotel is near the main strip so very convenient. 」

「Hotel it's self was very basic and outdated. Positive: Rooms were clean and comfy. Very great size and location. Very close to the pier and amenities. Parking on site which is very helpful with a busy beach front. Negatives: Paint peeling off the ceiling and mouldy lampshade could do with being replaced. TV signal was very spotty, unable to watch any channels. WiFi was spotty and not really usable in room. Bedroom heater left on full when we arrived making the room extremely uncomfortable...
