The service by Amber was excellent, she took us on a tour of the property and the history of the property. She also gave us advice on places to eat and things to see in Eureka Springs. The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was amazing. We will be back.

Lovely facility and owner is wonderful, especially when it comes to making you a lovely breakfast. It’s a beautiful place on the side of a mountain, so be prepared for a number of steps. Keep your eye out for the white squirrel!

Worth the stay for the warm welcome and delicious breakfast. Our room was small but comfortable. There was outdoor seating to enjoy the views. Access to wine glasses and corkscrew for wine. This location is away from downtown but only a 2 minutes drive away

Accommodation was excellent. Host/Owner John was so nice. Made himself available if needed. Went beyond our needs when we decided to stay longer and found us other B & B due to his being booked. This historical well maintained house and grounds is a great place to stay in Eureka Springs. The host is very helpful and friendly. The location is walking distance to downtown but is just ever so slightly away from it all...just right.

This is a nice quant place that is quiet but still close to shopping/dining. John is the best host, super friendly, wanting to make your stay the best. We stayed in the little cottage. Everything was clean, the bed was comfy, surfed alot of tv channels and we enjoyed watching the deer off the deck in the evening. Perfect getaway!
