"We had a quick one night stay before our rental was ready. You cannot beat the location, our room was beautiful and updated. Access to room required carrying suitcases up a not-so-short flight of stairs, not a problem for us yet be aware. Free parking on street and $25 parking fee to use the hotels lot which is accessed by an one car alley easy to miss as you drive by but it's there. "I’ve stayed at this location before and you can’t beat the location. It’s just the sound of the waves and it’s right outside your door. The maintenance of the landscaping could be better. I know that there has been more rain than usual but this shouldn’t be an excuse. The parking area was also overgrown and could use better security lighting. "Beautiful, somewhat remote location nestled on Cane Bay. No frills but nice rooms with gorgeous ocean views. Close to Cane Bay Beach, Mimi and Johnny’s snack shack and the Landing Restaurant. Alma on the property is also an excellent restaurant offering amazing seafood and cocktails. Perfect for a quiet getaway or chill beach vacation. If you’re looking for more of a resort feel the Buccaneer may be a better option. "
