I have gout and my foot was in unbearable pain when we checked in. She was going to switch our upstairs room to one downstairs because I was in terrible pain. "Clean, comfortable, friendly staff. A bit on the small side but worked for me as a solo. Everything worked. Neighborhood a bit suspect but I felt safe. Immediately across the street from The Downs of Albuquerque race track and casino so convenient for me as I was attending the racetrack. "

"This hotel is in a very sketchy part of town. We felt very unsafe. Lots of homeless in the area. Lobby of hotel is locked. Can only talk to receptionist through small opening in a window. "

"Really, really dirty. Bad area. Didnt even check my ID when i checked in. Door to the building we were in was broke so ANYONE could get in. Mad drug addicts/dealers walking through and living there. Literally saw a drug deal go down in the building next to ours. Dont stay here unless you have to."
