"Re. check-in: this process was "slick", we landed before the desk and were processed, supported and directed to a nicely designed and appointed room. We had a pleasant interchange with the desk clerk. Stretched out on the bed now - feels like it will afford us a good sleep."

"Great front desk. Very friendly and attentive to my family's needs. They had the crib set up prior to our arrival. Other hotels had to be reminded after we checked in that a crib was requested. The front desk also came up to personally deliver our tv remote which was missing, and a toilet plunger. Great room set up. I would stay here again."

"What a gem! The lobby area was so comfortable with the fireplace and the pool was warm hot tubs hot! The room was clean and very spacious :) There were many breakfast options and Tyler, the front desk attendant, was so incredibly skilled at his job! There were lots of folks checking in and he handled the line like a champ, cool and collected, giving every party his full attention. "

"For the money it is a great deal. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and efficient. If you have kids they will love the pool and the free breakfast will save you a lot of money."

"Everything was great we loved the vaulted ceilings on the second floor. We asked if there was an end unit because we're light sleepers and they were able to accommodate. The only thing was there was no internet, we were in building 3, and we could only connect breifly, then the network was gone for the rest of our stay. Plenty of parking, walking distance to adventure park and downtown. "
