「Transportation is a real problem given the hotel is pretty far away from the downtown. Check in was very inefficient and I had to wait for over 30 mins without being right instructed, staff just gave me a wrist band then asked me to sit and wait that’s it. 「Great staff and good vibes. We really enjoyed our stay here. The dining room staff, beach staff, and animators were really good to us. Food gets repetitive (more fruit, please!) But apart from that we loved it all. Tip: the party on the stage goes until 11:00 pm most nights. If you aren't a night owl, ask for a room facing away from the stage. We partied on our balcony.」

「One of the best all-inclusives I've ever stayed in! As soon as i stepped through the door, the welcome & the friendliness of the staff really stood out. Everyone was lovely & keen to help.
