「Excellent value. The price for the room was great. The room was clean, bed comfy, bathroom spotless. Outside is a bit worn down so I was pleasantly surprised by the room itself. I've seen other reviews complaining about the WiFi not working but I had no problem. Very cold night that I was there but the heater kept the room toasty. I would stay there again for sure. 」

「Expedia description of house is misleading. We expected the entire house, as per description but when we arrived there was already someone in the house and were informed we only booked the basement. How does the entire house become just a smelly basement apartment. And the upstairs renters had the master code to the basement and let us in as our pass code didn't work. We felt unsafe. The Bay Suites, the host company, lied and said they changed the master code so the upstairs renters...
