「3 night stay: This is not a negative review despite the issues noted below (but there are a few things that could be improved). Beautiful hotel (what we saw/used). Room/suite was clean upon arrival (except for dishes in kitchen which I washed before using after I spent ~30 minutes trying to clean all the sludge out of the dishwasher’s filter). No housekeeping staff ever entered our suite so all of our trash cans & the recycle bin were full to overflowing when we checked out. We had to go to...

「The front desk clerk had a bad attitude, and the manager was rude. He kept talking on the phone while waiting in line to check in, and the room he arranged was far away. He also didn't actively give us biscuits, and didn't give us one more even if we asked for one.」

「Room was clean, bed was comfortable, check-in service was fast and friendly, and thebprice was one of the better rates in the area. Only issue was the water in bathroom, warm/hot water at the sink only worked when the shower ran. Not a huge problem, but could be an inconvenient issue for some. Good location in Columbus, easy in and out!」
