"We absolutely loved staying at this amazing property. Everyone was helpful and went out of their way to make us feel at home. The maintenance guy was amazing, so sorry I didn't get his name. We had a hot water issue and he resolved it quickly and checked in with us. Getting chairs and an umbrella at the beach wasn't always accessible. My suggestion would be to set up three areas every morning knowing your guests will use them without having to request that service. "

"We stayed for one week and loved the location. My husband has a significant food allergy, so the kitchen was indispensable for preparing safe meals. We thought the bar right across the street might make nights noisy, but the bedroom was well separated from the street, so our room was nice and quiet. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Room and bed were comfortable. Surprisingly quiet for the city, we were expecting much more noise. Breakfast was simple yogurt granola fruit and toast. We thought we would, but never used the pool because it was shady and cold. But very close to the beach and restaurants, even tried the restaurant, Kitty Cat, which I highly recommend! Roof top was enjoyable with a little view of the ocean. Place is a little dated but we assumed this. Was perfectly comfortable and affordable for our needs. "

What I mean with that- live music earlier for families with kids that are not little and live music at the pool should be also for everyone not just on the adult pool. Thank you!"

Great spring break stay with teens

"I was looking for an all inclusive that would hopefully have other families with teens for spring break and Vellas was perfect. It's a pretty place with lots to do and easy access to good food (again - teen appetites). Everyone was very friendly. The beach was great for us - it was higher surf which we loved but probably not easy for smaller kiddos. The beach cabanas and shaded lounge areas (with flowering vines) was really nice but you had to get one early. "
