"Hotel was clean, in a clean safe area and close to Fort Bliss. Only complaint is that the self-service coffee bar was limited to one coffee carafe that always seemed to be empty."

The fire alarm did go off at 3:50 in the morning. the stairwells they go outside with no way of coming back in, which is really inconvenientThe elevator are really slow, and only one was working on my side of the building but other than that, everything else was very nice."

"An issue during my stay was the breakfast I paid for on the Hotels.com app when booking. After I’d sat down for breakfast the hostess came over to say the front desk had said I wasn’t signed up for breakfast. I showed her my receipt and went to the front desk myself to clear things up. Then, after finishing, I was given a bill for breakfast and told the front desk would remove the charge. On checking out, I had to wait a while while the front desk and restaurant straightened things out. Throughout, the hotel and restaurant people were very courteous and professional. However, this seems like a system glitch. Way to much off putting rigmarole for this level of hotel. Breakfast was good but left something of a bad taste."
