"The room we had was great but the property does not have a Bay View as advertised. The images of the interior are unlike anything anywhere near our room. Our room was upstairs and accessible only by going back out to the street, unlocking a door and going up three flights of stairs. "Lovely hot shower and the only place I stayed that didn't experience a power cut! So the air-conditioning worked and the room was nice and cool. The owner looked after my case and let me wait in reception for a couple of hours for my taxi to the airport. Only downside was rather a lot of mosquitoes and midges in the room, but they were everywhere in Cuba. I got bitten when I don't normally and ran out of spray (so bring plenty)."

Good place to stay

"I stayed 2 nights at the hotel and it was very pleasant. Since it is located in a central location, it allowed me to explore the city without problems. The exterior is not very attractive. The staff is friendly. If you travel alone, the Comfort Loft room is the best option, very personal and comfortable, without neglecting its cleanliness"
