"Nice place and had everything we needed "

"Stay was wonderful except for one thing. The coffee maker in my room had what looked like curdled milk in the reservoir. After wrestling with a little language barrier I finally got it switched out. I sat by the crystal clear pool, too cold to swim, and enjoyed the afternoon."

"We arrived much earlier than check in time. The front desk rep Russel was more than kind and friendly about it. We were tired from getting off our cruise and his gentle demeanor and voice made all the difference. The lobby is large, bright and clean. Breakfast was being served, and the options were more than plenty. The rooms were spacious, and just as expected. Comfortable clean beds, a hot shower. We booked this hotel not knowing the car rental place was right next door! We were able to drop the car off the night before and just take the hotel shuttle the next morning. We did not have to deal with the hassle of dealing with car drop off and the kids and all the suitcase early in the morning. We will definitely be utilizing this hotel and the car rental right next door next time we are in the area "
