"The hotel is convenient for the harbour restaurants, marina, shopping and market. Staff very friendly on reception. Accessibility would be an issue - stairs into reception and a tiny lift. Bed comfy. Wardrobe and room very dated and made it look grubby even though regular cleaning and servicing of the room. Breakfast was included. simple and plentiful. Ok for a few days. "

"Lovely spacious apartment that was very clean and modern and high tech. The public areas were beautifully designed and clean and the property had a lovely rooftop terrace. However, sometimes the high tech appliances, such as the oven was difficult to operate so perhaps some instructions would be of help as we couldn't use it! Also, the toilet seat was hanging off all the hooks and stayed like that for the duration of our stay ( 4 nights) despite me notifying the owner. Overall, it was a nice...

"Lovely hotel with helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was extensive with great range of options and the additional restaurants were also nice (even if the ground floor restaurant prices were a little upmarket). Also 10 min walk from main bus stop and bus from airport does stop outside the hotel. The rooftop restaurant was also lovely, however glare inside the restaurant made it a bit difficult to appreciate views at night. Would recommend to anyone in staying in Arrecife. "

"I had a really nice stay here. The room was spacious, the bed/pillow was very comfortable, it was quiet and the curtains blocked out the light well. When we turned up to eat the table we had chosen had been allocated to a party of 6 and we were informed no one can book a table!! The member of staff who told us this was quite off hand and rude. "Villa Vik was a great place for a peaceful holiday with excellent accommodation, food and staff. Swimming in the pool was a real pleasure. Our only reservation was that there were too few staff on duty; often it appeared that just one person had to set tables, staff reception and serve drinks at the bar / pool. "Right next to the sea, our room had a super outlook, south-east facing. Very good food in the restaurants and prices for drinks unexpectedly well-priced. Staff were so friendly and it was a battle to develop our Spanish as their English was so good. Being a 10-minute stroll to the marina was a real bonus offering up a plethora of bars and restaurants. Definitely not a loud or wild area for the youth to enjoy - peaceful and tranquil for all!"
