「the location is good, walking distance from the train station, metro, German Colony district, and the tram stop to the inter city bus station is also within 2 mins walk. staffs are responsive to our questions, and very helpful. but two out of the three ceiling lamps out of order. it will be perfect if they are fixed! 」

「Great stay. Lovely room. Wish the curtains were blackout--it was bright very early (I'll bring a sleeping mask next time). Great location, excellent condition, very clean. Perfect for a short stay in Haifa!」

「The apartment was far from being as described on the site. It was not clean. The towels were ragged, no soap in the bathroom, mold on the bathroom ceiling . The place is very close to the beach but far from a supermarket or a restaurant. The T.V wasn’t working properly. The kitchen was dirty, the cups and glasses weren’t washed properly. We had to buy bedding and reasonable towels. Altogether, we definitely didn’t get our money’s worth.」

「This property was amazing. Keep in mind that it is a residential building, not a hotel, so there is no front desk. However, the owners gave us very detailed instructions for entry and parking, and communication was great throughout our visit. 「This is a beautiful property that looks every bit as good in real life as it does in the pictures. These apartments are fully renovated spaces converted from historic buildings, which gives them incredible character and charm. 「Very good location for New Year celebration.」

「Oh boy, what to say? The owner is very, very nice, and the place is right at the seafront, close to nice restaurants and the main sights in the city (it's a tiny city, though). However, it was very difficult to find, since it doesn't have a sign (is it a legal hospitality accommodation?), the public spaces are filthy and the private rooms, though reasonably clean, worn and in desperate need of renovation. For the adventurous traveller only. 」
