「Lovely stay - check in wasn’t great and lacked detail and first day of breakfast wasn’t good missing granola options and anyone to request eggs but Hilton messaged to ask how my stay was going and breakfast was rectified for the following days. They even sorted out my Hilton membership reward that had been missed at check in. That extra touch made a huge difference and alongside a great room, lovely service at the bar in the evening and gym and pool facilities I was really happy.」
