「The place looks amazing and designed in the spirit of old Safed. I really enjoyed getting to know the owners of the place, they were super kind and lovely! They have thought of anything you'll need during your vacation. The apartment is close to all the interesting places in Safed. I am so happy that I chose this apartment. The negative: Can't access with car, the road is so tight and there is always car parked blocking access resulting in at least 2 block or more walk both uphill and downhill with heavy bags from our trip. 「We had very bad experience with the owner of the apartment. We were there for about 2 hours and could not find out who is the owner of the apartment and could not get the keys. When we contact Expedia to force cancel the reservation, someone came with very bad attitude. We final didn't stay there. 」

「Felt at home right away! Hili Apts is in a perfect location, just a walk or short driving distance from the main section of Tiberius town. The apartment was very roomy, complete kitchen needs, awesome hot shower w excellent water pressure. Parking available on the property, which made it convenient for unloading of luggage and groceries. Anat the owner is a wonderful person. Will definitely stay here again!!」

For travelers who are religious Jews: the place is pretty Shabbat-worthy--hard key on a carabiener, but be sure to set the clock on the microwave before Shabbat b/c otherwise no clocks in the room. Also no challah to be had in the Old City where this is though I assume in the new city (a drive or cab ride away) you could get it.」

「We had a hard time finding it but man was it worth it, Halla was amazing she even came and found us, got in our car and drove with us to the parking and returned us to our place. Mark house is all operates by Michael House, there is also Alexander House. Michael House is the main one with a lovely balcony with city views and breakfast is served by Michael himself. He speaks multiple languages and he told us all about the sights to see, history of both Nazareth and himself. We could have listened...
