「I booked a Executive Room with breakfast, but they said I don't included breakfast when I was checking in. Even worse is that they given me a 」

「Room had a loveseat and coffee table plus desk. My debit card was not working properly, asked the desk clerk to just enter the numbers and 3 digit code right off the card and she claimed she could not⁉️ I had to pay cash which was set at a small limit. 」

「They must be in the middle of upgrading, as they have brand new TVs but no one knew how the remotes worked. Not many channels available, either. There were spots, lamp shades for one, that we're old and beat up. The room door didn't reach down to the floor, so it was a bit noisy for awhile, but settled down about 9:PM. Beds were wonderful. We loved the wheelchair accessible shower ! Food was excellent ! The bar/restaurant was sorely under staffed on Saturday. Made for a long wait for...
