Ok property for the price but had to wait nearly 20 mins to be let in at 2300 in freezing weather after dinner out as no one responding to bell or answering phone.

It was a Victorian hotel so don’t expect ultra modern but I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff, particularly the gentleman in reception was just so helpful all the time. The hotel was preparing for Christmas so had a lovely atmosphere. There was entertainment and an enormous dining area and all overlooking the sea.

Perfect place for a break away. Never heard of this hotel but absolutely loved it! Such a gentleman that works at the front desk (wished I got his name) but he helped me with my bags to and from the car as I am pregnant and they was heavy bags. Thank you for much for the lovely stay and I will definitely be back soon.

A great value for money hotel as long as your expectations are in line with the price paid. The staff were lovely, the room was clean and warm. The hotel is dated and a little run down but a great seafront location with good access to the town. I would stay again. Thank you.

Positive point was the location, being right opposite the sea and pier. Negative points were the room we had smelt absolutely awful, there was mould and damp on the ceiling in the bedroom and also in the bathroom. Decor very dated and dirty, carpet stained and dirty, hair dryer not working, not able to make window stay open. Will not be returning.

In its hey day the hotel would of been magnificent. It is do run down and beeds a big costly make over. Very little staff to run things.
