Je lai contacté il me fait savoir Expedia a consoler ma réservation. Je demande un remboursement ca me fait 3 jours et le remboursement ne peut aboutir parce que jai annulé ma réservation. "There was enough space for all five of us to sleep but it was very cold with the window just being cardboarded closed. The blankets were not sufficient to keep us cozy all night, nor were they quite big enough for two to sleep in the queen beds comfortably and still have coverage. Apart from that the location was perfect, check in and check out were easy and I would stay again in warmer months."

"Great location, clean rooms but are very small (to be expected in NYC) super close to penn station and within walking distance to Times Square and the Empire State Building. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Loved the art deco style of the hotel. The only negative is parking is very expensive and a bit of a hassle to load and unload, and no in and out privileges as it’s off property parking. Overall a great hotel and I would recommend staying here. "
