「The hotel is brilliant. Very decent, staff are nice. The rooms are clean. Location is convenience that just a few minutes walk from DLR. We will stay here when come to london again. 」

「Room was clean and well designed. Incredibly comfortable bed. Very quiet. I had an inside room, so no view. On self check-in, the receptionist came over to help me because the system wasn’t very intuitive (and therefore counterproductive). I said I had never stayed at a Maldron, but I travel for work a lot. When I asked if I had a good room allocated, she responded “well you have one of our cheaper rooms. I mean, all the rooms are nice, but..” Restaurant was massively overpriced, so I ate out...

「Perfect for the service and room upgrade because of VIP access availability. The staff suggested us to enjoy a discount prices with breakfast that was totally worth. Everything awesome but maybe the shower//water temperature could be better. Will stay again next time.」

「A very trendy morden Japanese hotel. My room was upgraded to a suite with an excellent balcony. The service is excellent with very friendly staff. Room service will prepare your bed before you come back from dinner. They even have staff who can speak Cantonese. The neighborhood is a very cool place with lots of graffiti & co-office.」
