"It’s a great location and the hosts sent plenty of detailed instructions and rules prior to arrival. The lack of access to a regular front desk and the parking concerns due to cruise ships’ blocked off restrictions for the wharf gave us a little worry that we don’t have with hotels. Otherwise, it was a lovely stay and the unit itself had great amenities. The pros definitely outweighed my unwarranted fretting. ;) Thank you! Next time will be easy peasy! "

"Very disappointed! No contact was made from property with any check in information! I had to call and they said there had been triple booking and weren't sure what there next move was! An hour later they called back to say it had been sorted and they would send through check in details, waited another hour before getting in contact with then again to see why they hadn't sent through, still no replies until 11pm after we had already had to make other arrangements for the night! Very big let down...
