""Unique" was idea to pay extra for swimming pool using. For the first time in my life receptionist try to charge me (hotel guest) for usage hotel property. I have a long and difficult day, traveling from Chicago to the Czech Republic 10,5 hours flight to Istanbul, 6,5hours stop, 2,5 flight to Prague. I rented a car and have 2,5 hours drive to the hotel. I tried rest and relax. Unfortunately a very rude receptionist mentioned I can't use hot tub which was included but there was a "private...

"Staff friendly. Hotel is quite old which is part of charm but could do with some updating. Would stay again."

"Multiple pools - with a water slide! My teenage kids loved it. It is not a super water park, but they have a really nice pool / hot tub area and it is low-key but very nice. The staff was nice, the city area was nice - everything exceeded my expectations. We had a room that was like an attic room, and it had skylight type windows that we were able to open up and check out the area. I really likes this hotel. Also, the breakfast was good too. "

"Zamek Sarny is an absolutely incredible place to stay and we only wish we could stay longer than our two nights. Featuring an attentive staff and incredible restaurant with one of the best breakfast buffets we have had in recent memory, Zamek Sarny is already a much restored historical site with more restoration currently underway. We look forwared to returning to Zamek Sarny! "
