"This was a nightmare from start to finish. The manager called the day we were meant to check in to ask us to check in late which we did because they were on holiday or there was a staff shortage or someone was sick - I couldn't keep up with what the problem was. When we arrived there was dirty underwear, dirty bedding, full garbage bins, a huge leak in the living room, 0 toilet paper, no shampoo, soap or coffee. They promised to get it cleaned which they did while we were out at dinner but the...

"The place is well located and overall in good condition. Our experience is that we arrived and the laundry room was full of humid towels and sheets from the previous guests. We wanted this cleared out, because we wanted to clean our clothes, and it was impossible to reach the hotel admin. I sent a message via hotels.com app, and I rang a video doorcam in the hallway, neither worked. Also, a door handle came loose and the toilet seat was also loose. This place is poorly managed "

"Stay here often for work. Really nice rooms, with small kitchenette's which is nice when staying for longer periods. Rooms are always spotless, and well thought out. Everything feels bespoke and individual from artwork to furniture. Really nice communal space to work from and get coffee. Staff are not always on site as everything is done with codes, but they are always contactable and help in anyway they can. "When I arrived at the place I realised that the checkin was fully online. Hotels.com did not provide the information that was needed amd Numa neither contacted me prior. "Great staff especially check in. Gave us a nicer room when I mentioned that Expedia did not mention construction view rooms. Easy parking, great location, comfortable rooms and nice spa. Everyone was super helpful. Lots of very good places to eat close by. Recommend Copper for dinner (across from hotel), and Tulum for breakfast (20 minute walk on the beach but worth the effort). Nice shopping street around the corner. "

Ideally Located for Den Haag

"Just back from a 2 night stay at the Moxy. Hotel is ideally located with tramline nearby and less then a 5 min walk from Den Haag Central train station. From the front door you are straight out onto the main shopping strip, with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Rooms are clean and insulated from outside noise. Recommend a city view room. Staff are super friendly and very helpful. Would stay here again, and definitely recommend it."

"everything is nice but needs to tell your housekeeping staff while washing the glasses and cups it needs to wash in a diswashers to prevent Germs not that if we ask glass they just wash it in the toilet that's it? They are so lazy to take a new one but still i like to come back in this hotel🇮🇸🇮🇸🇮🇸"
