"Comfortable apartment with well-equipped kitchen. Our apartment was on the 3rd floor so you need to be fairly mobile to access it as stairs are steep. Great central location with many shops, cafes, restaurants and bars on the doorstep. Would recommend the apartment and would stay again. "

The manager called the day we were meant to check in to ask us to check in late which we did because they were on holiday or there was a staff shortage or someone was sick - I couldn't keep up with what the problem was. When we arrived there was dirty underwear, dirty bedding, full garbage bins, a huge leak in the living room, 0 toilet paper, no shampoo, soap or coffee. "The place is well located and overall in good condition. Our experience is that we arrived and the laundry room was full of humid towels and sheets from the previous guests. We wanted this cleared out, because we wanted to clean our clothes, and it was impossible to reach the hotel admin. I sent a message via hotels.com app, and I rang a video doorcam in the hallway, neither worked. Also, a door handle came loose and the toilet seat was also loose. This place is poorly managed "

"Stay here often for work. Really nice rooms, with small kitchenette's which is nice when staying for longer periods. Rooms are always spotless, and well thought out. Everything feels bespoke and individual from artwork to furniture. Really nice communal space to work from and get coffee. Staff are not always on site as everything is done with codes, but they are always contactable and help in anyway they can. "The only complaints would be that the showers are very small (mine leaked heavily) and the carpets need a serious steam cleaning. Otherwise all linens and surfaces where clean and very friendly staff. Oh and a very nice breakfest."

Excellent experience

"Excellent stay at the hotel. Staff and manager on duty all three were amazing. So happy we stayed there and everyone when we visit Amsterdam we will stay at this hotel. Super market was walking distance. Pizza place was amazing. Loved it "

Great hotel, would stay here again

"Fantastic hotel, staff were great. A short walk from the Train station, not far from the main squares - quiet around the hotel for a good nights sleep. Hotel bar was fairly busy on a night, good friendly at atmosphere. Would stay here again if we returned to DenHaag (The Hague)"

"Loved our stay at this hotel, could have a few things that would help staff and guests such as - “Clean room or don’t disturb” door handle sign. And advert to make it clear to pay additional extra cost for kitchen cookware instead of assuming that the kitchen in your room has these items. Other than that, loved our stay. "
