The hotel is ok , well located , very close to shops , restaurants, the main plaza and the Constitution corridor, a nice complimentary free breakfast , the staff at the restaurant are very nice and helpful , the free parking is also good, my room didn't have a complimentary water bottles , or toiletries or toilet paper , I stayed at the hotel for 5 days and I really didn't like at check out time the front desk staff sent the housekeeper to check my room for anything missing , like if I was going to take the raged towels or something as a souvenir , I have stayed at many really good hotels in US and Mexico and never had this inconvenience before, this one that doesn't compare at all , they made me feel like if I was a crook or something , very tasteless from the management part

The first room was not designed for an 83 year old person. My mom needed a bathroom designed for people her age with security hand riels and higher toilets. The second room was better

Property was pretty run down. Rooms were not too clean and outdated. Door on the room did not seem very safe. The staff was mostly nice but some of them were too focused on their phone.

The property is completely different than the pictures showing the bedrooms, carpet is gross, walls are dirty, fan is hold with cardboard, air conditioner doesnt work, price is high and the manager is arrogant, please do not stay here.

Old hotel, old photos on the web they admitted they have to update their page. they changed my studio 2 times because the blankets were torn, the blinds were broken, the chairs were broken, and the carpet was super dirty! They don't use a vacuum cleaner, they sweep it with a broom and it's full of dust, that's bad for my daughter’s allergies. I booked a studio because I was the one with the kitchen but it turned out that it didn’t have any dishes to cook or eat!!! they told me that I have to buy my own dishes if I wanted to use the kitchen. The Pool water was dirty. No blow dryer, No iron board, no hangers in the closets, No laundry in facility and there is no laundry for the guest. I have to say that the exterior of the hotel is kept clean and at night there is surveillance at the entrance of the hotel parking lot. Also the location is very convenient because you walk 5 minutes and you are at the center of the city

Worst hotel in Durango
Worst place, we arrived to a room where the beds were not done, they gave us another room that was better. Will not stay there ever again. Even that they agree to give us back our money.

The room was amazing very clean then only thing I can say I didn’t like was the towels were very stained, and there was dead spiders on the pillow covers. Other than that it was a great stay.

Upon arrival the façade appeared to be very elegant, parking well-lit and guarded very well. Front desk staff were friendly and at times very sleepy. The room was quaint, no coffee, no water bottle, lights were very dim to the point that I had to use my cell phone flashlight to look for things. The furniture was very old and scratched with one door falling off one of the pieces, no hangers for clothes. Free breakfast was good and restaurant staff was attentive. Looked under the bed for missing items and found the area to be totally filthy, not dirty, filthy.
