"I've stayed at this hotel multiple times for work, and it's always been a pleasant experience. The staff is attentive and friendly. The bar is also really nice, a great spot to unwind after a long day. However, during my latest stay, I encountered some issues. The room was noisy due to outside sounds, and the air conditioning unit made loud, distracting noises at night. Staff were helpful and very apologetic but wvery day i couldnt also get the coffee machine to work. Staff were the highlight- postive. Friendly, Helpful."

The Big Bus amenity was not well understood by the weekend front desk staff which led us to missing the bus on one day and folks not knowing about the tickets another day which caused a delay. Resort fee is hard to spend unless you eat all your meals at the hotel which is unreasonable so it is just a tack on charge disguised as an amenity."

"It was pretty nice. Me and my husband went around 4 hours early and we couldn’t checkin but they took our luggage so we could walk around. It was close to restaurants so that makes everything easy for us. Good location. I would definitely come back."
