"Very good value for money. Spacious villas with good appliances, comfortable beds, helpful staff and services. Location is not bad as it is easy to get to night market with buggy. Other places are easily accessible by getting a Grab. Parts of the hotel is still under construction so beware that noise can be an issue. "Very spacious property, and the beach is just 20 feet away. We were impressed. Too bad that we couldnt go to the beach due to the storm. Lan, the host, is very nice and very responsive. "It’s an amazing hotel, we went to Phu quoc to stay at the Regent. We stayed on Their normal room with a sea view is huge, really big, clean, high quality finishing. After couple of days we changed our room to Pool Villa with Terrace. We stayed in many high class hotels around the world but this room “Pool villa with terrace” was the best one ever. Pool in the room is very big and trees around provides amazing shade. Bathroom, living room bedroom are all exceptional. Public pool in the hotel are nice there are 4 of them 2 of them in the roof top and 1 roof top pool is adults only but that didn’t matter for us as the other roof top pool also very nice which is for families too. Only one think I want to give review on, lunch was a bit of problem, Rice Market only has a dinner menu which is too much for a lunch time after having a big breakfast (pastries are amazing), so you only have one lunch option which is Oceans restaurant also has the same menu with dinner time. It would be really ideal if they changed the menu do more snacks and small appetizers for lunch time. Also has 2 bars and both adult only. We like to go to bars during our holiday we couldn’t because we have a child. I think there should be another bar for everyone. It’s often on this kind of hotels kids are allowed anywhere. Other than these 2 points. I definitely recommend it. It’s perfect in every way. "

"what i did not like: room was fine, not crazy dirty but our fridge was completely broken so we couldnt leave any drink or food in there. There is a ceiling light that doesnt turn off so whoever stayed in the room before ducktaped some instant noodle cup label over it to block the light. Almost felt like i was watching the lunar eclipse every night. WHAT I TRULY LIKED: short distance to walking street/food market. Easy ride to the airport. Front desk and hotel staff were friendly and the best, we forgot our expensive fishing rods by the walking street and the hotel manager was driving me around to look for them and calling the police department to check the cameras. We were able to find the cleaning lady and found our items on the street and brought it back to us all within 30mins right before our flight. And for that i am forever in debt with your kindness and generosity. Thank you!!!"

Pullman is first rate in all aspects!

"Our 6 night stay at the Pullman was fantastic. The rooms are very stylish and comfortable, the whole resort has a great aesthetic and is perfectly clean. The buffet breakfast was superb, with many ethnicities accounted for, which provided us Canadians with some adventurous options, plus plenty of North American fall-backs. The pastries were delectable, and the various coffees were fantastic. The pool area and beach are chill and there were always chairs available at both. At night the resort was very quiet, which we liked; the Pullman is not for partiers. The service was impeccable and always with a friendly smile. Would highly recommend this resort. Phi Quoc as an island has so many options; we were quite active, and there are still a bunch of places and activities that we didn’t get to!"

Recommendable place

"Really great place regardless if you travel as couple, friends or family. The hotel looks brand new and had a lot of nice features even in the standard rooms. Very nice that the beach club/pool/restaurant was located 2 mins walk from the actual hotel, so the hotel is very quiet at night. Restaurants were very good, breakfast being served a la carte is a great plus. Only negative things to highlight is the service at the breakfast restaurant being rather slow, and very few sun loungers at the beach and the pool. They had a lot of foldable beach chairs which were far less comfortable. I'd happily stay there again. "
