"We were provided good instructions on where to check in due to latest hurricane event. Autumn checked us in, gave us our VIP perk wine and was very quick/easy to accommodate on any issue we had. For the price and amenities this place worked very well for our party of 4. Overall pleased, but was disappointed with the elevators not working especially being on the upper floors for the gulf view. "Obviously this area is still recovering from the hurricanes in 2024. The building elevators were not working, the rooms did not have telephones, and there were construction barriers and some debris. The beach was stark with no chairs or umbrellas. However , we had a great stay! We were told what to expect ahead of time. Our room was clean, spacious, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfy and we loved the recliners. The oceanfront balcony can't be beat. We'll be back...

One elevator out but that was communicated and did not cause any problems. Property has done a nice cleanup after the hurricanes. "Avoid this place at all cost. Firstly the place stunk. A wierd smell lingered around the entire time. The AC didnt work either so it was freezing the entire time. Once entering we noticed that they didnt provide the 2 sofa beds that we paid for. After contacting someone we were told to just sleep on the sofa and they would give us an air mattess( wich was dirty and they didnt even pump it up).
