"Great location. Even greater staff. The only thing that prevents me from giving a total 5 is that there was an unpleasant smell that was always present in the area of the lifts at level 1. I don't know what it was but it was always there and it's really bothersome!"

"Check in was easy. The hotel not only looks great from the outside but inside is very nice. The room was comfortable and eco friendly. Well thought out. Location is close to most areas of interest - walkable within 10/20 mins. Bus from the airport stops within 5 min walk. Staff were great - Charlene on our departure was GREAT, giving us fantastic local knowledge for the rest of our trip. Would recommend "

"We truly enjoyed our stay at the Alex- walkable to many attractions- The Ginger Man Christmas Pub right next door! The staff was amazing, helpful and always welcoming. The breakfast buffet was 5 stars!! "
