Other that the property I didn’t spend much time in Dunbar. Most of our plans were in nearby Bemidji (about an hour drive). But the land we saw driving around Dundar is absolutely beautiful.

"I have always had good luck with American inn but not this time. The place is so run down and dirty inside and out. The bathroom stool is ready to come off the wall. The ice maker looks like it has not ever been cleaned. The rain gutter is falling off and the retaining wall has been destroyed."

"This is a nice, clean, seemingly newly renovated cabin with good air conditioning located about 20-25 minutes from Bemidji. The area feels pretty remote generally (some gravel road on the way etc.), but there is a cluster of cabins on the small lake. Downsides were no functioning internet, cell service ..."
