"This must have been a very "up market" establishment originally. As a hostel it is great although the gardens are in need of some TLC but we were well looked after and everything in the kitchen and lounge area were modern, tastefully presented and welcoming. We were in Room 3 with it's own onsuite. The bed was comfy and there was plenty of room for our belongings. No problem driving into town for dinner as we didn't use the kitchen. Hope it prospers!"

"We had a 3 night stay. The room was a good size with a small balcony overlooking the gardens and pool. The bed for me was a little uncomfortable. It was a king (I think) but a definite sag in the middle.Weather was not kind as it rained most of the time so can't comment on the pool which would have been nice to relax at days end.
