"Nice spacious room with a cool view of some of downtown area. Comfy bed and comforter was warm. They were quick to respond to and resolve an issue I had with the heat not working when I arrived. What I did not like was that the room had a fridge, but no microwave. The room also did not have an iron to iron clothes, and breakfast was not included. “Breakfast” options downstairs are all prepackaged food items like what one would purchase at a gas station, but items were a lot more expensive than...

"Front desk workers are also the valets and the bellboys. No automatic door make it hard to enter with luggage. No vending on site, ice is inconvenient. It wasn't clear upon arrival that valet was available. The room was roomy and clean and quiet. I don't think it should rise to autograph hotel level"
