"The hotel was very nice but I didn’t like the fact that there was zero parking around the hotel and you had to pay $19 a night to park in the parking garage. They just tell you when you check in but you don’t have any other choice. "Staff was super helpful and friendly. Valet was awesome. Pool areas only 3 ft and didn’t seem to be heated (it’s also December so how hot can they get if you know). I had to get 4 different key cards because they would stop working but it’s not their fault. Something to do with the magnets and our phones. We did get a noise complaint from the neighbors at 10 o’clock on a Friday night lol. Staff was super nice about it tho. The staff really went above and beyond which was awesome. I had a great...
